Cook 30gm’s oats in water on the stovetop. When oats are cooked mix through 80gm (approx. 2) egg whites (stir quickly), add 1 -2 teaspoons rose water, mix through 80gm frozen blueberries until soft and warmed.

Top with 1 whole grated red apple and 150 gm’s Chobani high protein Greek Yogurt ( less than 0.5% fat)
